At Chiropractic Plus Dallas, our mission is to help as many people as possible return to optimum health. We are focused on Veterans' family and friends wellness! We know that our Veteran's are exposed to traumatic situations and toxic substances far more frequently than the general population.
Veterans also experience higher percentages of heart disease, diabetes, depression, cancer, and suicide, to name a few conditions. If there is a connection between exposure to extreme stress and toxic substances, to the health conditions I just named (and the consensus believes there is), then the question becomes How do we identify the irritant and remove the stressors?
We begin with an in-depth patient health questionnaire and consultation. This gives us an understanding of the Veteran, his life up to that point, where he's been, what he's experienced, what his overall health problems are, as well as the most important health issues that he wants addressed. Then we develop a plan of "attack". Patient Focused Healthcare is specific to each Patient's unique wants and needs.
Our arsenal of Healthcare "Weapons" include Extensive Health History Questionnaires, Medical Records Review, Laboratory Testing, Functional Medicine, Clinical and Scientific based Nutrition, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic and Massage.
