As a former Army Special Forces NCO, I learned to lead by example and employ the 7 core Army values. Those values and the practice of leading by example have helped me forge my living as an entrepreneur in the tactical consulting and martial arts instruction field. I inspect what I expect and strive to a higher standard than the norm by giving 100 percent and then some. Where I once used this training to serve the country I now rely on it to serve my clients and our community.
