I served in the USMC infantry and army national guard as a NBC NCO. Communication is the key to just about every facet of life. Being a young leader of troops this skill served me well both in and out of the military. Structure and consistency are also key. Be where your supposed to be and be open when your supposed to be open. All of these skills are called customer service in the civilian world.
