I have been Active Duty Military for 18 years, and in those 18 years I have been many places and experienced many things. Through 4 combat tours as an Army Aviator I have seen the benefits of preparedness and the disaster of carelessness. In business as in the military, resources and planning are critical, but quick thinking and correct reaction to diversity is the key to success.
